🔄 1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items that are custom-made or personalized (e.g., name-inscribed bulbs, custom messages) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

However, if your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund (see below).


💥 3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Once verified, we’ll offer you:

  • A replacement product at no cost

  • OR a full refund to your original payment method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement


🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., buyer's remorse), customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund policies apply equally to international orders. However, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).
